At IPS MEA, innovation is not just a goal – it is a culture shaped by collaboration, curiosity and the exchange of global perspectives. This year, that spirit was enriched by the arrival of Henrique Godoi, a Brazilian student from Boston University who joined the team from May 11 – June 5 , 2026. Mr. Godoi is currently pursuing dual degrees in NeuroScience and Business Adminstration, brought with him a rare blend of analytical thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
IPS MEA is currently building a suite of in-house digital tools designed to streamline operations and strengthen decision-making for business across the region. As part of his internship, Henrique was introduced to two of the company’s flagship development initiatives. Early demonstrations to selected partners have generated strong interests. Feedback has been consistently positive, reinforcing IPS MEA’s belief that streamlined, purpose-built digital tools can significantly elevate operational performance.
During his internship, Henrique worked closely with Abhishek Rawal, Sales Director for Payment Solutions, gaining exposure to software development, operational workflows and customer-centric innovation. His time at IPS MEA offered a front row view into how technology can reshape processes, elevate efficiency and solve real world challenges across diverse industries.
IPS remains committed to fostering young talent and supporting international collaboration. We thank Henrique Godoi for his contributions and wish him continued success in his academics and professional journey.
