We conducted an internship for the students of GEMS Modern Academy from 2nd August - 12th August 2021. Two students, Sumanyu Tonapi & Ayushman Satpathy were selected to work directly with the IPS team mentored by our Managing Director - Sandeep Sethi.

We believe in teaching through experience, hence both the students were given a project about “Channel Partners & Geographic Expansion”, where they learned to work and collaborate in teams and tackle problems head-on with the assistance of various business units of IPS.

Our objective with the internship was to instill a fire for real-life experience and nurture a learning desire for the students with no knowledge of the professional world by providing them with concrete experience and learnings from the internship
